Buddy is at a rescue in Arkansas.  All inquiries must be directed to Gail's Pets Second Chance for a quick reply.  If you are located in the northeastern United States please understand you are adopting this dog without meeting him/her in person first.

Buddy is a super sweet male dog who was recently surrendered to Gail's Pets after one of his owners threatened to shot him.  Some people are so horrible.  Anyway, a friend of that family took Buddy in and contacted us for help.

Our vet estimated Buddy to be 3 years old and perhaps a Shepherd mix.   We see some Labrador Retriever in him too.  He weighs 57 pounds and is heartworm negative.

Buddy gets along great with other dogs.  The only thing we have noticed is he needs to be fed separately from them.  Otherwise he loves to run and play.  He also loves to go for walks and he gives all of the volunteers great hugs!

Buddy resides at a rescue organization in Arkansas. Please contact Gail Ross at 870-431-8229, or via email at gailspets@hotmail.com to discuss this dog. You can find our adoption application by going to www.Gailspets.org and clicking on the Adoption Application tab. The application, when completed and submitted, will be electronically sent to Gail’s email address.

**NOTE - The breed(s) and age listed for the dogs are estimates given by our vet unless we note that a dog is pure bred.

If you live in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio or on the East Coast, we work with a wonderful transport company that takes extra special care of the precious cargo that they deliver to anxious new families. Please look at the top of the Adoption Application form for a listing of their standard stops.
